Sporting over 40 year old vines and a lively fruit driven aromatic, the
Ungrafted project is one of scarcity and great wines. Ploughed by horse
and all work in the vineyards done manually, there is now machinery at
play. This offering, which is farmed organically, is 100% Cinsault that
is vinified in stainless steel and then transferred to old oak barrels
for a short 6 months. Violet toned with a pretty purple hue, this wine
shows more floral notes with watermelon and pomegranate notes. Savor
this one now through 2027.
