Tenuta Sette Cieli Toscana Indaco 2018
Named for the color of the evening sky (Indigo,) this wine is comprised
of equal parts Cab Franc, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The 2018 Indaco
is laced with notes of crushed raspberry, blood orange, rose petal,
mint, and some savory notes that give it a very distinctive aromatic
profile. On the palate, a surge of ripe, fleshy plum and a mix of dark
berries are balanced by a savory note with hints of spice. Polished and
precise, this is a complex and structured Super Tuscan that shows
vibrant freshness due to the balanced acidity. Drink now through 2030
with all things red meat and grilled!
