Nicoletta’s classical approach allows the grape to shine: aromas of crushed blackberry, violet, and black tea give way to flavors of dark plum, wild herbs, and a touch of savory spice. The wine has the structure and grip of great Dolcetto, but finishes with a bright, mouthwatering lift. Drink now through 2028. Serve with anything from roasted vegetables to mushroom pizza, and grilled sausages or aged Alpine cheeses.
