This micro-production (only 1500 bottles) is a gem! 50% Nebbiolo, 30% Croatina, and 20% Vespolina are given the "hands-off" approach that makes magic. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 1 year in older barrels, the wine displays vibrant black cherry, roasted coffee, minerality, and a hint of rose petal on the nose. Medium-bodied with enough texture for versatility, enjoy this wine now through 2028.
