Mas d’En Gil “Bellmunt” Vi de Vila Blanc 2023
A white wine with soul and structure, made from younger vines of Grenache and Macabeo (planted in 2000 & 2008) on the valley slopes of Bellmunt. Bright aromas of orange peel, forest floor, and crushed herbs jump from the glass. On the palate, a bright minerality gives way to a savory finish of Mediterranean herbs and citrus. A beautiful food wine - pair with grilled fish, marinated vegetables, or a goat cheese salad.
