Domaine Fabrice Gasnier La Cravantine
Another very enjoyable bottle. Pale salmon orange in color, this sparkling Chinon is a treasure and joy to drink. If tasted blind, I would not identify Cab Franc as the grape. The nose shows strawberry with just a small hint of tobacco and the mouth feel and finish are explosive, with darker fruit coming out.
