This Godello-dominant blend comes from high elevation vineyards rooted in schist and slate soils. Notes of pithy citrus, white flowers, and crushed rocks dominate the wine’s fresh and persistent palate. ‘Lapola’ is vinifie and lees-aged in a combination of wood and concrete tanks.
