Domaine Val de Caire Coteaux d' Aix-en-Provence Rouge 2021
Val de Caire's rouge is a blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of strawberry and black fruit are balanced with a symphony of aromatic herbs and spices - rosemary, anise, and mint. On the palate, cherry, blackberry, and kirsch take over and are balanced with subtle hints of savory herbs. The palate is powerful and balanced with silky tannins and a wash of acidity. Incredible with all things grilled as well as a meats and cheeses, drink now and over the next few years.
