His experience working at Comte Ligier-Belair and Domaine Roulot at a very young age has given him the tools and know-how to deal with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with just the right touch. This wine sports a pungent nose of pear, pink sea salt, brioche, and lemon zest, with flavors that follow suit, adding a kiss of ginger and lime blossom. It's a Great Champagne to enjoy now through 2033.
