Domaine Vico Corse Rouge "Forca di Pero" 2022
A vibrant, biodynamic Corsican red (60% Niellucciu, 40% Sciaccarellu)
that's as versatile as it is delicious. Fermented and aged in concrete
for 18 months, it bursts with cherries, strawberries, violets, and a
touch of earth and spice. Think white pepper, herbs, and lavender-all
wrapped in a fresh, lifted structure. This wine pairs with just about
everything-roasted or grilled meats, poultry, pizza, pasta, or even
