Casa Santa Eulaila represents the perfect combination of tradition and innovation. This wine is a blend of 50% Azal and 50% Arinto from 70yo vines planted on granitic soil.The grapes are then pressed and the must is fermented at controlled, low temperatures with selected yeasts in an effort to preserve the naturally fresh character of this wine. Melon scents with a lightness that belies the fruit intensity, this vibrant, tangy white is made for seafood of all sorts.
