The Ca’n Verdura Negre is a delightful and approachable wine from Mallorca's Binissalem region, embodying the island's unpretentious culinary style. This fragrant, medium-bodied Mediterranean red is a blend of indigenous and old-vine international varieties, grown in diverse soils of red clay, gravel, and white clay. It offers notes of wild red berries, citrus, fresh herbs, and exotic spices, with a fresh, energetic, and excellent texture. Made with native yeast, minimal intervention, and low sulfur at bottling, its production is limited, with every vintage quickly selling out from this small winery.
