Bonnaire Champagne Terroirs Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
Champagne Bonnaire is a grower estate founded in 1932, based in the Grand Cru village of Cramant in the Côte des Blancs—one of the finest terroirs for Chardonnay. Terroirs is their flagship Blanc de Blancs, made entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay and bottled as Extra-Brut to emphasize precision and minerality. This is Côte des Blancs Chardonnay at its best: chalky, mineral, and refined. Taut and elegant, with lemon zest, pear, and green apple layered over brioche, almond, and chalk. The Extra-Brut style keeps it racy and pure, while fine bubbles deliver finesse. Superb now as an aperitif or with oysters, caviar, or sushi. It also has the structure to develop more complexity over the next 5–7 years. Serve well chilled.
