We have a tremendous staff at 56 Degree Wine... Priding our shop on its expert, experienced tasters, we select wines by committee in most cases. So while Roberto runs the spirits program and Nita runs the beer program, wine is my area...but we all weigh in. Once we've tasted, and we all agree, it finds its way to our shelves. That said, each one of us has "Heart Wines"...ones that we just adore and drink/sell often. Essentially our own personal favorites.
