Oddero “Kamerlengo” Vermouth Bianco
Made from 100% Timorasso from vineyards in Tortona, the Bianco is bright, golden, and wonderfully aromatic. Citrus peel, chamomile, mint, and a touch of vanilla lead into a velvety palate with a perfect balance of sweetness and gentle alpine bitterness. We’d happily sip this chilled with a splash of soda, but it also makes a next-level Martini or a fresh, lighter take on a Negroni.
