BCN Vermut
This off-dry vermouth is built on old-vine garnacha blanca from Terra Alta and macerated with Mediterranean botanicals—rosemary, clove, vanilla pod, orange peel, elderflower, and more. A restrained touch of caramelized sugar rounds it out, making it elegant, not overly sweet. Bright and expressive, with aromas of praline, orange zest, savory herbs, and Madagascar vanilla. The palate is supple, complex, and balanced by a fresh, bitter lift. Enjoy it on the rocks with a citrus twist, or in a Negroni with BCN Gin for a uniquely Catalan spin.
