This off-dry vermouth is built on old-vine garnacha blanca from Terra Alta and macerated with Mediterranean botanicals—rosemary, clove, vanilla pod, orange peel, elderflower, and more. A restrained touch of caramelized sugar rounds it out, making it elegant, not overly sweet. Bright and expressive, with aromas of praline, orange zest, savory herbs, and Madagascar vanilla.
