BCN Gin
Crafted from carignan and grenache pomace from Priorat, BCN Gin is distilled with wild rosemary, thyme, pine shoots, fennel, organic citrus peel, and Catalan figs. Each botanical is individually macerated and distilled, then blended with spring water from deep within the coastal mountains. Fragrant and expansive, with layers of fresh mint, rosemary, wild herbs, and citrus. Savory and structured on the palate, with hints of sumac and pink peppercorn. Enjoy it neat, in a rosemary G&T, a Negroni, or a Bijou.
