This is not your average Fino. Aged under flor for a minimum of six years and bottled with minimal filtering, this wine is a vivid example of intensity and elegance. On the nose, it’s full of sea spray, almonds, and light sourdough-like yeast. The palate is dry and dense yet bright, with chalky minerality, fresh fruit notes, and a persistent, salty finish. Serve cold and drink with fried anchovies, Marcona almonds, or jamón ibérico.
