Fontan XO is 100% Ugni Blanc. This unique variety of grape is the best for distillation, producing a fine Armagnac of excellent quality. Pure vanilla and a gentle hint of baking spice practically jump from the glass. Once in your mouth, cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of licorice are the dominant flavors, with a soft, round, and long finish.
