Limited Release Irish Whiskey: West Cork Magis is back, but BETTER

Our best selling Irish whiskey is back, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, and it’s better than the previous release. The new batch is 1 year older and aged in #5 charred barrels (the highest charr) to extract more texture, smoothness and toasty vanilla flavors. Since this is a once a year release, we received very little quantities of this dynamite whiskey, and there will be no more after this. Grab a bottle before it’s gone.

West Cork Limited Release 'Black Cask' Irish Whiskey

Black Cask is a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) whiskey aged in first-fill Kentucky bourbon casks for three years, and polish-matured for an extra year in double charred barrels. 

Pure sweet vanilla, spice and malt aromas practically jump from the glass in this highly praised and perfectly aged spirit. Once in your mouth, the lingering sweetness, spice, slight smokiness and caramel continues with a soft velvety texture that coats your mouth in a very soothing way. 

West Cork ‘Black Cask’ is beautifully balanced and delivers a unique sweeter smoothness than any other traditional Irish whiskey.
