Taconic Bourbon Mizunara Cask Finish

The distillery ages their best bourbon in new American Oak, and then finishes it in a Mizunara (Japanese) cask - a unique process which takes an additional 6 months of aging. The spectacular result is a subtle and smooth bourbon, with aromas of toasted wood and nutmeg. On the palate lie flavors of sweet vanilla, caramel and baking spices, with a touch more smoothness than any other bourbon out there.

Taconic Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup 

100% Grade A amber and organic syrup aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 8 months to add a spectacular texture. This lovely syrup has aromas of toasted wood and nutmeg. On the palate, it’s complex, with flavors of sweet vanilla, caramel, baking spices and butterscotch. Perfect for Sunday pancakes and waffles.
