Limited-Release Spirit: Stunning Claremont’s New Whiskey has Landed

We received our small allocation of this gem on Friday, The Claremont Track & Rails ‘Flying Fish Straight Whiskey’. This delicious spirit has its own distinct character. It’s not like any other whiskey and, it delivers everything that a spirit drinker is looking for. 

Claremont Track & Rails ‘Flying Fish’ Straight Whiskey 

This limited-release spirit is a collaboration between the largest craft distillery and craft brewery in the state of New Jersey. A batch of Flying Fish Abbey Dubbel Belgian Ale, was distilled down by Claremont craft and aged for 28 months in char #5 barrels. After being emptied, the barrels were traded to Flying Fish to be used for specifically bourbon barrel-aged varieties of craft beer.

Flying Fish whiskey is bottled at cask strength and its bold and unique character delivers what every whiskey drinker is looking for. Hints of malted chocolate, Belgium sugar and underlying dark fruits notes jump from the glass. Tasty!
