If you had been one of the smart ones to get on their super delicious Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 back before Thanksgiving, you know just how good the wines from this famed estate are. Today we offer what in my mind is the absolute "sweet spot" of their white wine holdings. Tasting this back in October, I fell hard for the beauty of this wine -- filled with ripe citrus fruits, lemon verbena, ginger, and mineral resolve. It is long. It is complex. It is compelling and it is a wonder to taste and enjoy over the next decade in a cool cellar.
