This delicious bourbon always sells out quickly and we are fortunate to be the only shop in the state, to get this gem. Our last delivery of the year arrives mañana and there will be no more until 2021. Grab a bottle! PS- This release clocks in at 107 proof. If that is too hot for your palate, all you have to do is add a ½ ounce of water for every 2 ounces of Taconic Whisky and it will be the same as last year’s proof.
Taconic ages their best bourbon in new American oak and then finishes it in a Mizunara cask - a unique process which takes an additional 6 months of aging. The spectacular result is a subtle and smooth bourbon, with aromas of toasted wood and nutmeg. On the palate lie flavors of sweet vanilla, caramel and baking spices with a touch more smoothness than any other bourbon out there. $97.00 net per bottle
