We first got a sip of this gem back in September and have since flew through our inventory.  It's now back in stock and ready to rock and it is Nita Bardolia's favorite red wine crush currently.  This is the Vinas Serranas Rufete "Ciclón" 2018 and it answers the question that we all had..."What the !@#$ is Rufete!"

Granite and quartz based soils are the driving factor in this tasty treat that is 100% Rufete.  What is Rufete you might ask?  It's an indigeous varietal to the area of Castilla in Spain that makes a wine of great transparency and verve.  Vibrant pomegranate notes with touches of red cherry, citrus, white pepper and a hint of coriander, this is superb and versatile red. Organically grown and ready to "pop-n-pour" enjoy this now and over the next 2 years.
