Bzikot Bourgogne Blanc 2018

The Superb New Vintage is in the House...

It's HERE!  Just in time for fall sipping ,the zippy baby Puligny-Montrachet from Sylain Bzikot is in the house and ready to be enjoyed.  This wine is a beautiful expression of White Burgundy in every vintage, but the 2018 is going to be one to behold.  Comparing it to the 2017, this wine has more mineral drive and all the stuffing to age like a champ.  That's right...this wine, I predict, will be one that you can lay down and evolve with some bottle age.

If there is one thing that visits to Domaine Bzikot has taught me is that his wines age well.  And further proof was offered as we recently tasted some of his 2012 Bourgogne Blanc that was so delicious that it floored me.  The 2018 has everything in place to age beautifully so this is one to purchase by the case for sure...
