123 Tequila 'Diablito' Extra Añejo

This rich, aged tequila was originally created by the distillery for its private collection. In 2014 the distillery released 1,000 bottles and, since then, it has become a limited, annual release of just 2,500 bottles per year. Diablito, or Little Devil, is 100% organic blue agave slow roasted in a traditional stone oven before undergoing open natural fermentation and double distillation. From there, it spends 40 months resting in lightly-charred French oak barrels. Aromas of fresh agave practically jump out of the glass with a hint of brown sugar. On the palate, flavors of vanilla, stewed agave and cinnamon with a toasty oak long finish.
