Patrick Piuze Chablis Changes the Game...

When it comes to making super flavorful and authentic Chablis, Patrick Piuze is in rarified air.  I first met Patrick back in 2009 at an industry luncheon in NYC.  I was not only struck by the wines -- no doubt they were head turning nearly every wine I tried -- but just how the "energy" of Patrick mirrored the "energy" that the wines possessed.  It is something I have found with many producers over the years and with Patrick it is just a fact.  The nervosity (I guess that is a work according to spellcheck) the intensity, the passion, the comedy, the playfulness and yes, the seriousness too of great Chablis is clearly evident in the glass.  And the guy...

His Bourgogne Tonnerre 2018 is drop dead gorgeous and we have secured 14 cases for the vintage.  Please let us know of your requests as soon as possible as I don't think we will have any more of it available to us.  Also if you are interested in trying some of his 1er cru or Grand Cru wines, shoot me a reply.  We have access to drips and drabs of his higher-end and more allocated offerings.
