Aperitivo - RH Coutier Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Ambonnay NV 1st Course - Arborio Grain, Cipolla Soffritta, Sauteed Oyster & Shiitake Mushroom, Parmigano Whip w/ Oddero Barbaresco Gallina 2016 2nd Course - Braised Short Rib, Vegetable Soffritto, Polenta, Tomato Consommeé w/Oddero Barolo Brunate 2015 & Oddero Barolo Rocche di Castiglione 2015 3rd Course - Batter Dipped Artichoke, Bagna Cauda, Parsley, Bread Crumbs w/ Oddero Barolo Riserva Vignarionda 2007 Cheese - Aged Parmigano Reggiano Price - $145 per person plus tax and gratuity *Unfortunately no substitutions. Price is comprised of $90 per person plus NJ Sales tax and 20% gratuity paid to Sette Cucina for food and $55 per person plus NJ Sales tax paid to 56 Degree Wine for wine. Seating is limited.
