Isabel Ferrando/Resident Epic NYC Wine Dinner October 12th
Saturday October 12th - 7pm New York City This is going to be an unbelievable event -- for so many reasons. Follow me for a bit... I had the great fortune of dining a couple weeks ago in a phenomenal Tribeca location with a chef creating an astounding array of delicious dishes with a small group of gents. The food was astounding...flat out brilliant. I was so blown away (truly) by the experience of Resident, that I asked owner Brian Mommsen if we could do a series of dinners with him and this is the first! So it is with great pleasure we connect the mighty Isabel Ferrando of Domaine Saint Prefert, the Queen of Chateauneuf du Pape with the brilliant cuisine of Matt Cruz, Michelin starred chef. The space is a private residence in a gorgeous apartment in New York City for an intimate amazing dining experience. The wines of the evening will include the following... You may notice that I haven't disclosed the location or the menu. The location will be disclosed about a 2 weeks prior to the event and the menu (7 courses) a week prior as they will craft the menu with the wines in mind and the freshest produce available. All dietary restriction accommodations will be made. An article in FOOD & WINE about Resident Price - $250 per person plus tax* *Price INCLUDES service charge but doesn't include sales tax. $200 plus NYC sales tax to be charged by Resident for food and $50 plus NJ sales tax charged by 56 Degree Wine for wine. Extremely limited seating. Credit Card required for reservation. Strict 48 hour cancelation policy prior to the event -- if canceling within 48 hours, you will be billed $100 per person.
