1st Course - Sicilian Seafood Ceviche, celery & red onion mirepoix crudo, extra virgin & lemon salmoriglio with Brovia Arneis 2017

2nd Course - Fioccheti pasta, homemade sweet sausage, fresh parsley, pecorino, light plum tomato with De Forville Dolcetto d'Alba 2017 & San Fereolo Dogliani 2010

3rd Course - Petite Filet Mignon, green pepper corns, sage aromatics, béchamel reduction, bliss potatoes, escarole with Monsecco Gattinara 2013 & Brovia Barolo Unio 2014

Cheese Course - Aged Grana Padano DOP, Organic honey with Cappellano Barolo Chinato

Price - $135 per person plus taxes and gratuity*
