So typical of its terroir in the cru of Treiso, this wine from Piero Busso is a true stunner. These particular soils lend wines that are a touch darker and more masculine in nature and in a tremendous vintage like 2013, they transmitted that character to perfection. A tidal wave of black cherries, plums, incense, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves come with supple tannins and balanced to a "T". So long finishing that its hard to know where one taste ends and another begins.
