1st- Diver Scallops with avocado, grilled corn, roasted shallots, grape tomatoes, Thai chili soy glaze w/ Ojai Vineyards Chardonnay Bien Nacido 2016

2nd- Seared Duck breast served over brioche toast, brandy reduction w/ Ojai Vineyards Pinot Noir Santa Barbara 2015 & Ojai Vineyards Pinot Noir Solomon Hills 2014

3rd- Marinated hanger steak, roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, Demi -glacé w/ Ojai Vineyards Syrah Roll Ranch 2014

4th- Mascarpone cheese cake, Blueberries

Price - $115 per person plus tax and gratuity*

*Price consists of $85 per person plus NJ Sales tax and 20% gratuity billed by Bistro 73 and $30 plus NJ Sales Tax billed by 56 Degree Wine.  Space is limited.  Credit card required for reservation and billing will occur one day prior to event.  All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to event.
