1st Course - Corzano e Paterno Bianco "Il Corzanello" 2016 with Roasted Shrimp, Braised Cavolo Verza, Nutmeg aromatics, Parmigiano Bagna Caoda

2nd Course - Corzano e Paterno Rosso "Il Corzanello" 2015 & Corzano e Paterno Chianti 2014 with Pennette, Pancetta San Daniele, Plum Tomato, Pecorino, Basil, Peperoncino 

3rd Course - Corzano e Paterno Chianti Riserva "I Tre Borri" 2013 & Corzano e Paterno Toscana Rosso IGT "Il Corzano" 2013 with Roasted Lamb Shank, Vegetable Soffrito, Cabernet Reduction, Shallot Trifolato
