Giacometto Bruno Erbaluce di Caluso 2021
ERbaluce is one of those grapes that is rarely seen in the US, but is
the typical summer sipper in Piedmont. It's salty, briny qualities are
so dynamic for warm weather drinking. But the thing that sets the Bruno
apart is a lovely textural component that when added to the great acid
backbone and whirl of flavors, make for super white. Green apple, white
peach, jasmine and sea salt. Superb with all things from the water,
grilled chicke, pork chops and light pasta dishes!
