Brovia Barolo Classico 2021
The wines of Brovia are the next level in Piedmont. The vines here, farmed by Alex and his wife Elena Brovia, have been certified organic since 2010, and this decade-plus of great work in the vines is clearly rendering amazing results. Stunning waves of red currants, raspberry, leather, and white pepper with picture-perfect structure and outstanding length. This is fresh and vibrant but with the bones for long life.
