56 Degree Wine Return Policy:
While we at 56 Degree Wine take every care to ensure that we accurately select, store and deliver every wine we sell in perfect condition. In the case that you receive an incorrect wine or vintage from what you ordered either return the wine in person to the shop, or for non-local clients, call us at 908.953.0900 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and we will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us immediately for inspection. If you encounter a spoiled bottle, simply put the cork back in the bottle (keep the wine in too, no empty bottle returns!) and follow the same procedure. After inspection, we will either send a replacement or issue a store credit immediately. It is important that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment or credit. Please re-pack the wine and send it to 56 Degree Wine. All sales are final 30 days after delivery date. All returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
