Vazart - Coquart has been bottling their own wines from their 11 hectares of vineyards in Chouilly for longer than many of their neighboring Grower-RÃ©coltants.

Having commenced in 1953 to offer their own wines in bottle, the estate is currently run by Jacques Vazart and his son, Jean-Pierre Vazart, who joined his father at the family domaine in 1995. Now in charge of the day to day operations of this excellent house, the wines are exuberant examples of Chouilly chardonnay, with vibrant aromatics, zippy acids and generally the need for a few years of bottle age to allow these beautiful wines to fully blossom. These wines are very long on complexity. Crisp, racy and laser focused when young, this can be consumed now or anytime over the next four years.
