Paul Autard has managed the family Domaine since he was 17, with a philosophy of naturally expressing the terroirs of their superb vineyards in the heart of Chateauneuf du Pape.
This delicious Cotes du Rhone is loaded with bright red cherry tones, sweetly concentrated, fresh brambly berry fruit, solid mouthfeel and richness in the mid palate. Classic Cotes du Rhone that is versatile and crowd pleasing and will work with a wide range of dishes from grilled or roasted chicken or pork to lamb or a hearty beef stew.
Grape varieties : 70% Grenache - 15% Syrah - 15% Counoise
Vinification : complete égrappage; traditional vinification in thermoregulated vats.
